Milhouse Van Houten is a character and Master Builder in The LEGO Movie from the Simpsons franchise.
Background
Milhouse is one of the many Master Builders that attends the assembly at Cloud Cuckoo Land until it is attacked and him and the rest of the Master Builders are carried off and all put in Think Tanks to have their creativity harvested. He was freed when Emmet jumped out of Octan Tower with the battery that was going to be used to kill the Master Builders.
